If you are looking to purchase a home and want a stress free, pleasant experience, Johanna Rivera is the person you want showing you homes. My wife and I had our home burn down and in the peak of covid it was very difficult to purchase a home due to market being in high demand with people from NYC wanting to move out of the city over the covid outbreak. Johanna re assured us she would find us a home no matter what the current situation was. She took her time and was always on the look for upcoming homes and we were able to purchase a home with in a couple of weeks from the time our previous home burned down. She made the experience so easy for us and has a way of really knowing what kind of homes to look for when it came to our exact needs. She is a very patient person and always has an answer for any question you may have. I highly recommend Johanna for anyone in need to buy a home in a stress free setting.

I was not comfortable giving her access to my home without me. She didn’t walk through the house to make sure everything was shut off before she left and she blamed the mistake on another agent. Once I asked her to no longer go into the home without me, she agreed, but then continued to go in herself and to allow other agents to go in as well.The house was empty at the time and each time I went there after her, lights were on, heat was on, doors unlocked, more than once.
